1Overview
• Zeltrionix is an online freight brokerage platform operated by FERNBLAKE LIMITED. We arrange the carriage of goods on your behalf by connecting you with third-party carriers.
• We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles or warehouses. All physical collection and delivery is performed exclusively by the selected carrier.
• Quoted transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless the chosen service explicitly includes a money-back guarantee under the carrier's own terms.
• Accepted currencies: GBP (£), EUR (€), USD ($). Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard.
2Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to all shipments booked through zeltrionix.com and governs the collection, transit, and delivery process for parcels and freight arranged via our platform. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and the applicable carrier's own service conditions.
3Booking & Order Confirmation
3.1. A booking is confirmed once you complete payment and receive a booking reference by email. No booking is confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
3.2. You are responsible for ensuring all shipment details (sender address, recipient address, declared weight, dimensions, and item description) are accurate at the time of booking. Errors may result in carrier surcharges, failed collection, or delayed delivery, none of which are refundable.
3.3. Shipping labels are generated upon booking confirmation and must be printed and affixed to the consignment before collection.
4Collection
4.1. Collection is carried out by the selected carrier on the date indicated at the time of booking (subject to carrier availability).
4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the consignment is ready, packaged, labelled, and accessible at the collection address at the specified time.
4.3. If the carrier attends but collection fails due to packaging issues, missing labels, inaccessible premises, or unavailability of the sender, a failed collection fee may be charged by the carrier and is not refundable.
4.4. Same-day and next-day collection slots are subject to carrier cut-off times, which may vary by region and carrier. Zeltrionix does not guarantee same-day collection.
5Transit Times
5.1. Transit times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not contractually guaranteed unless the selected service explicitly includes a timeliness guarantee.
5.2. Transit times begin from the date of first carrier scan, not from the date of booking.
5.3. Delays may occur due to: customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address details, attempted delivery failure, or circumstances beyond the carrier's reasonable control.
5.4. Zeltrionix is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
6Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
6.1. The number of delivery attempts varies by carrier and service level. Typically, carriers make one to three attempts before treating a consignment as undeliverable.
6.2. If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may leave a notification card, hold the parcel at a local depot, or attempt re-delivery — subject to the carrier's own procedures.
6.3. If the consignment cannot be delivered and is returned to sender (RTS), the return cost is borne by you and is not refundable. We will notify you of any RTS event where the carrier notifies us.
6.4. Consignments refused by the recipient are treated as undeliverable and subject to RTS or disposal by the carrier per their conditions.
7International Shipments & Customs
7.1. For international shipments, you are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation (commercial invoice, HS codes, declared value) and ensuring the contents comply with the destination country's import regulations.
7.2. Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivered at Place / DAP Incoterm) unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
7.3. Zeltrionix is not liable for delays, refusals, seizures, or additional charges arising from customs inspections, incorrect documentation, or prohibited items.
7.4. Certain goods are prohibited or restricted for international carriage. It is your responsibility to verify that your shipment complies with the carrier's prohibited items list and applicable export/import laws.
8Prohibited & Restricted Items
8.1. The following are examples of goods that cannot be booked via our platform (non-exhaustive):
• Dangerous goods / hazardous materials (unless the carrier explicitly supports ADR/IATA carriage and this is confirmed at the time of booking)
• Live animals or perishable items requiring temperature control (unless a specialist service is selected)
• Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals
• Narcotics, controlled substances, or items prohibited by law
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Weapons, firearms, or explosives
8.2. If prohibited items are shipped in breach of this Policy, any resulting losses, fines, or carrier penalties are your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and report the matter to relevant authorities.
9Tracking
9.1. Real-time tracking is available via the Tracking page on our website or directly through the carrier's own tracking portal using the waybill/tracking number provided at booking.
9.2. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not be real-time for all services or regions. Zeltrionix is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies on the carrier's part.
10Packaging Requirements
10.1. All consignments must be adequately packaged to withstand normal transit conditions, including automated sortation, stacking, and handling.
10.2. Fragile items should be individually wrapped and cushioned with appropriate void fill. Items that arrive inadequately packaged may be refused by the carrier or may affect any damage claim.
10.3. Packaging must not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight limits of the selected service. Oversized or overweight consignments may incur surcharges or be refused by the carrier.
10.4. Any damage attributable to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a loss/damage claim under carrier or platform terms.
11Loss, Damage & Claims
11.1. Claims for loss, damage, or significant delay are governed by the selected carrier's conditions and, where applicable, the CMR Convention for international road freight.
11.2. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported to us and to the carrier within the timeframe specified by the carrier (typically 7 days).
11.3. To support a claim, please retain original packaging, collect photographic evidence, and provide us with the booking reference, commercial invoice, and any other supporting documents.

12Liability
12.1. Zeltrionix acts solely as a freight broker and is not a carrier. Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid to us for the affected shipment.
12.2. We are not liable for indirect losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or consequential damages arising from delays or delivery failures by the carrier.
12.3. Nothing in this Policy limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
