You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your booking confirmation. Simply visit our Tracking page, enter your tracking number, and get real-time updates on your shipment's location and status.

Pricing & Payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors including package weight, dimensions (volumetric weight may apply), origin and destination, service level selected, and any additional services like insurance or special handling.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You can also top up your Zeltrionix Wallet for faster checkout on future shipments.
Refund eligibility depends on the service and timing. If you cancel before the carrier picks up your shipment, you may be eligible for a refund minus any non-recoverable fees. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
The Wallet is a prepaid balance in your account that you can use to pay for shipping services. Top up your Wallet for faster checkout and easier expense tracking. Wallet balances are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, EUR, or USD).

Shipping & Packaging

Prohibited items include illegal goods, explosives, hazardous materials, counterfeit items, cash, human remains, and other restricted categories as defined by carrier terms and international law. Some items like lithium batteries and liquids may have restrictions.
Use sturdy boxes with adequate internal padding to protect contents. Seal all openings securely. Affix shipping labels clearly on a flat surface. For fragile items, use bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Items must withstand normal handling and automated sorting.
Limits vary by service: Express Courier and Van Delivery typically handle up to 31.5kg per package. Truck Freight can accommodate pallets and shipments over 1000kg. Maximum dimensions and weight limits depend on the selected carrier and service level.
Yes, for international shipments you must provide accurate commercial or pro-forma invoices, complete HS codes, and proper valuation. Missing or incorrect documentation can cause delays, returns, or additional charges.

Delivery & Issues

Delivery times vary by service level and destination. Express services offer same-day or next-day delivery in major cities. Standard international shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Actual transit times are estimates and depend on customs clearance and local conditions.
Report visible damage immediately upon delivery. For concealed damage or loss, notify us within the time limits specified in carrier terms (typically within 7 days). Keep all packaging and provide photos, invoices, and waybill numbers for claims processing.
Address corrections may be possible before the carrier attempts delivery, but may incur additional fees. Contact support immediately if you need to update the delivery address. Once delivery has been attempted, changes may not be possible.
Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts and may leave a notice. Options include redelivery scheduling, pickup at a carrier facility, or leaving with a neighbor (where permitted). Specific procedures depend on the carrier and service level.
